C

Cash
The amount collected and available for immediate withdrawal. This balance includes intraday transaction activity. Executions are reflected in this balance on the date they settle.

CHAPS Sort Code
Clearing House Automated Payments System (CHAPS) Sort Code. See Sort Code.

Closing Market Value
The total cash value of the shares you own. The value is calculated using the closing price and the number of shares you own.

Closing Price
The price of one share of a security at the close of market on the date shown.

Conditions
A restriction on the execution of a Sell Request. Not all conditions can be used with all types of sell requests. Conditions include None, All or None (AON), Do Not Reduce (DNR), and All or None/Do Not Reduce (AON/DNR). For stock option exercise requests, the only conditions permitted are None and All or None.

Control Persons, Insiders, or Affiliates
Affiliates are defined under the securities laws as officers, directors, policy-making executives, major shareholders (generally owners of 10% or more of outstanding shares), and other people who are in a position to directly or indirectly control the management of the company. This includes spouses, family members who live with the control person, and other entities affiliated with control persons, as defined in Rule 144. Securities traded by a control person of the issuer are subject to restrictions, regardless of whether the security is restricted. A control person must complete Rule 144 documentation and comply with Rule 144 when selling control securities.

Cost Basis
Cost basis is generally the original amount paid for shares of a stock, including the amount of reinvested dividends and capital gains, plus or minus certain adjustments. Not all basis adjustments may be reflected. Cost basis is used to determine the capital gain or loss of an investment when shares are sold. If the cost basis per share is unknown, "Unknown" displays in this column. If the cost basis has been updated since the close of the previous business day, the cost basis amount may not yet reflect the change. On the realized gain/loss screens, cost basis is the dollar amount originally paid for a security, including the amount of reinvested dividends, reinvested capital gains, and adjustments for all subsequent activity such as corporate actions and wash sales.

Cost Basis Per Share
The calculated cost of one share of stock. Cost basis is generally the original amount paid for shares of a stock, including the amount of reinvested dividends and capital gains, plus or minus certain adjustments.

Cost Basis Source
The origin of the cost basis information for a position. Possible value: Fidelity Stock Plan Services. Fidelity Stock Plan Services is the originator of the cost basis information for the position.

Cost of Award
The total cost associated with an award equals the Award Price multiplied by the number of shares awarded.

Credit/Debit Balances from Unsettled Activity
Reflects the total value of securities pending settlement.

Currency
The currency that your net proceeds will be sent to you will be dependent upon the instructions you provide Fidelity Stock Plan Services.

Current
For employee stock purchase plans, this amount represents the accumulated payroll deductions.

Current Deduction
The dollar amount or percentage that you are currently having withheld for stock purchase during the current period.

Current Offering Period Dates
The list of the offering periods in which you have participated in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Current Payroll Elections
The percent amount that you are currently having withheld for stock purchase during the current offering period.

CUSIP
The alphanumeric identifier used throughout the financial community to identify a U.S. or Canadian security.
